Want to verify that 1964 Topps Giants are Tallboys

Hi, I just want to make sure that I can submit my 1964 Topps Giants under the special #1 as they seem to fall within the size guidelines. Can anyone tell me from experience if this is fine. Thanks, Tom

    What about Groliers?....I have a Jerry Garcia I want to sub and they are a little bigger than the 1964 Topps Giants....thanks!
