And will psa grade these kind?

    Ripken is in the correct section and it appears legit but hard to tell for sure from the pic. PSA does not grade rack packs.


    Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.

    It is hard to tell from the pic. It is in the right section, like Tim said, but the top and bottom are considered the easiest sections to alter.

    It may be fine. BBCE will look over authenticate and wrap the rack packs. PSA hasn't found a way to do this yet. You could also wait and pick up a GAI graded rack if that is important to you.
