Mini Size Question

After sending countless vintage baseball card orders for psa grading over the years, it almost never fails that I receive an ungraded card labeled with the dreaded "mini sized" tag.

It seems as if this designation only affects certain years more than others through. It seems to me that 1962, 1963, and 1971 Topps baseball routinely run the risk.

My question to you guys...Are there other years that seem especially common in terms of receiving the mini sized label?

I am no expert on baseball, but I believe 75 mini, coincidentally can be found short and thus prone to the minimum size requirement. I have subbed a number of 1961 Fleer BK cards and I have received 4 minimum size requirements so from my experience that seems to be a set prone to the problem.

1955 Bowman baseball has sizes all over the place. Have an SGC that I fear might not cross if ever sent in. My PSAs are visibly different sizes left the right. Not sure how they determine appropriate size on this set.

1970 topps baseball league leader cards especially the ones numbered in the low 60's.
