I recently submitted subj coin as an error issue. It appeared to me, to be missing it's obverse nickel layer.
It was subsequently certified MS69. It is described as a 'normal' coin, having toned. For anyone who enjoys
the scarce and unusual (Good unusual) example for their collection, check out cert number 29991967.
Keeping in mind it won't be cheap; my Walkers did not sell, and the daughter still needs help w/her car... LOL...
