We have it first, here at Life Is A Blog! The one and only, the first to bring it to you! iOS 8.2, how to remove an iCloud account from an iCloud locked iPhone! I have only tested this on iOS 8.2. It may work on previous versions. It may not. Here are the steps! Follow them 100%
1. Turn off iPhone (make sure it’s not plugged in to any power cables)
2. Hold down the home button
3. While still holding down the home button, plug in your power cable from your COMPUTER (not wall, COMPUTER)
4. When iTunes comes up, it will ask you to restore the iPhone (if it asks you to restore and update, go ahead and restore and update)
5. If you restore and update, when the iPhone is done restoring and updating, it will go back to the home screen, and will still be iCloud locked. Don’t worry. That is expected. If this happens, start back at step 1, but only this time choose only restore and not update.
6. Let it complete the restore
7. After it restores, iTunes will ask you if you want to restore from a previous backup. Restore the iPhone to one of your iPhone backups you have saved in iTunes from any other iPhone. It doesn’t matter what model. If you don’t have a backup, go ahead and setup as a new iPhone.
iCloud lock will be gone, and you will be able to use the iPhone just as nothing ever happened! Watch the video below, and be sure to share this blog post everywhere on the internet. Let’s get this out there! APPLE CAN’T STOP US!
