Been a week and PSA has not shipped my order back to me.

Is anybody else on the board experiencing this problem with PSA? I've called customer service numerous times and have failed to get the shipping department to ship out my 14 PSA card order. Today will mark exactly 1 week since they order was completed and the grades were posted online.
