1979 Penn Emblem player patches

A member showed off a Garvey patch a while ago and I had an opportunity to buy a Yaz patch 2 weeks ago. I've been researching them today and noticed they aren't listed in the pop report. Does anybody know why PSA doesn't grade these? It's not a size issue.

Here is a link that shows the Pete Rose patch and has a full checklist. I'd like to hear if any of you have tried to submit these and whether you were given a reason why you couldn't. Also please post photos of any of these patches you may own, because I think they're pretty cool.

PSA did grade these for a time, but they must have stopped.

Looks like they might still grade em'. They're listed in 1978.

They would still show up in the Pop report. Am I looking it up wrong?
