Ways to avoid the dreaded zero feedback bidder

Ebay pro's. I have a question for ya'll. I recently listed a Hi end 77 set with a bunch of cards I got graded included in the set. I have tried to change my account to not allow zero feedback users from bidding on my stuff, since it usually seems to end in a not paying customer, and a relist. I only seem to be able to block -1 feedback users, which doesn't seem very useful. My set still has 3 days left but it is currently being won by a zero feedback user. I'm really hoping they don't win it, but would it seem unethical to edit my listing now, with that information ?

What would you guy's do ? I usually put a comment in my listing that I will cancel any winning bid by a zero feedback user, and give the 2nd highest bidder that has a feedback score the item. But I forgot to do it with this listing. I feel bad about changing my listing after the fact, but it almost always seems to end poorly with zero feedback users.

Thanks for any suggestions you may have.

Jeff

If everyone blocked zero feedback buyers there would be no new Ebay bidders. We all started at zero.

I would agree with James. You may even get a higher price because of it as new bidders arent as savvy.

  • I've actually found MOST 0 bidders pay quicker than others.

Give em a shot and f they don't pay relist or offer it t0 the next highest bidder.

Thanks guy's. I will give them a shot. I have heard a lot of complaints from people about zero feedback users. I don't really sell that much, so I don't have a lot of experience. We shall see if they win it.
