Good scanners for chrome or other shiny cards?

What is a good scanner that will capture the correct colors for chrome cards and other shiny surfaces on cards? I looked through some old threads but didn't see much in the way of suggestions.
I have an Epson V37 which was cheap and does fine for non-chrome, but leaves chrome surfaces dark or distorted. For example, the first picture below was the seller's pic. Although it's not very sharp, it does show the true colors of the card, especially the yellow background. The second pic is from my scanner and you can see the colors are distorted. And small shiny printing such as serial numbers practically disappear from my scanner's images.

<< <i>I think I posted a similar question when I first joined here and there were no good recommendations for the shiny stuff. All I can offer is, not my scanner model (Xerox 7600 series). Can you contact the seller of that card and find out what they use? >>
Hmm, that's a really good idea, I'll try asking the seller and post any follow up here.
I did a brief look on Epson's site but I don't see the NX125 nor anything that would seem to be an obviously newer model (i.e., an NX--- model number). I'll keep doing some research and see what else I can find out.
Edit: It looks like the NX130 is the newest model.
