Burger King packs?

I was strolling Fritsch`s website the other day and saw they were advertising burger king packs. There is 4 cards to the pack and all from the same team. As a big Tiger fan I always thought it would be fun to put the `78 set together with the Morris, Trammell and Sweet Lou rookies, I never thought I could do it this way. Are these legit? Is this how these cards were packaged originally?

Yes and yes. I have a 79 Yankees BK pack w/Munson.
ETA: The 79s were only 3 card packs, I'm sure someone can confirm 4 is the correct count for 78s.
<< <i>They were just packaged in clear cellophane with 3-4 cards, I believe?? >>
Correct, with a BK header card for 79 at least.
Additional info from Beckett: The cards in this 23-card set measure 2 1/2" by 3 1/2". Twenty-three color cards, 22 players and one numbered checklist, comprise the 1978 Burger King Tigers set issued in the Detroit area. The cards marked with an asterisk contain photos different from those appearing on the Topps regular issue cards of that year. For example, Jack Morris, Alan Trammell, and Lou Whitaker (in the 1978 Topps regular issue cards) each appear on rookie prospect cards with three other young players; whereas in this Burger King set, each has his own individual card.
It is a worthwhile pursuit.
i Just got these two today in the mail.
