Nolan Ryan Card Experts - What are these?

These are some random cards I found while searching through my Nolan Ryan cards from the 1980s and 1990s. Any idea what they are? They obviously aren't mainstream and are low quality generic cards from late 1991 or early 1992. No markings on them to identify manufacturer.

The lack of a trademark is a good starting point on the road to Broderville.
