Recently joined the Collector's Club and have a couple of questions

How long after I join do I have to wait to use my free submissions? I'm kind of excited and already have them together, just wondering how long to wait before shipping? Also, what service level do I mark on the outside of the box?

Thanks for any help.

It has been awhile but it seems I had to wait for my welcome package to arrive in the mail. In the package was a voucher for my free submissions. It only took
a few days for the package to arrive if I remember correctly. The instructions for submitting are on the submission forms they provide. If you write "Club" on the box
they know it's a collectors club voucher submission.

Not sure if this is what you are looking for but my free sub had a one year expire date. Whenever I sign in to my PSA account, it tells how many days are left before losing the free sub. Hope this helps in some way.

No. You are specifically instructed NOT to do this. PSA asks that you wait for the welcome package and then physically include the voucher that you'll be sent with your CC submission.

Does that mean I can't use the online submission form for these free submissions?

You can. But, and forgive me if you know this, with the online submission form, you STILL print out a copy and include with your mailed in order. Along with that, you'll also send in the paper copy of your CC membership voucher.

The voucher can be used as soon as you get it. Or you can hold it for a year if you like. Just don't cut it closed. It expires after a year. That will give you some time to round stuff up.

Yes, all of this. And I think you are supposed to include the voucher number somewhere on the submission form, online or otherwise if memory serves me well.
