They have to have the little glasses enable

Go to search and at the bottom of the page it will have a box "search for user". You have to type the whole thing so cut and paste username


The Pm icon and glasses will show up. If you click the glasses it will show last login.


Otherwise no idea

Just to clarify - another way is to go to the "SEARCH" on the upper right next to customize, and profile.

Select "Search"



Enter the name of the person and just follow the boxes below and look in the most recent thread that you see.
