That one has to be an oversight by the seller. He has it priced as an 8 and with 42,000+ feedback and nearly 2,000 cards up now I am gonna give the benefit of the doubt to the seller on this one. But as long as they explain in the description I am fine. It is a selling tactic that sucks, but always, BUYER BEWARE.
As long as it is made clear elsewhere that this is a card with an OC qualifier I don't think the practice crosses the line into "dishonest"..... but yes, it bugs me. It bugs me because the seller just wasted five seconds of my day by causing me to click on an auction that I NEVER would have clicked on otherwise. All those five-second stretches add up.

Yes, it's poor form, imo, and unnecessarily deceptive.

<< <i>What is the "Though Find" down in the description for? Maybe it means "buy this perfect PSA 8, "though find" out there is a qualifier once in hand? >>

+1 And I make it even worse but taking another minute out of my life to send the seller a friendly message telling him/her the title doesn't include the qualifier.

It is dishonest to say the least. I'd give the seller a pass if this was his first sale, but with 42K FB, he knew damn well what he was doing.
Currently collecting 1934 Butterfinger, 1969 Nabisco, 1991 Topps Desert Shield (in PSA 9 or 10), and 1990 Donruss Learning Series (in PSA 10).

Sellers who use a question mark to make the listing valid. PSA 10? HOF? They never use it after the word "centered" though.
