A Little help from 70's collectors

Hey guy's. I was going through some 1978 topps and putting them in order and found this card. It is 1978 Topps #6 Jack Billingham. He is pictured in a Tigers uniform. I am only familiar with him in the Reds Uniform, card #47. Card #6 is usually the Nolan Ryan record breaker. Does anyone know if this is an error ? Or if it is a Burger King card ? I can't find one on ebay, and like I said, I hadn't seen one before. If it is ultra rare, I am sad, that mine is centered pretty nicely but has dinged corners sadly.
Any help you guys can provide would be greatly appreciated.
