Question on this 1991 UD Bo Jackson

I noticed on the back of this card the hologram is in the wrong spot and there are two of them as well. Is this common for this card? I don't have another to check with.

I opened up about 30 to 40 boxes of 1991 Upper Deck back in the day. Never seen anything like that I
did find a few with no hologram our half of a hologram but nothing like what you have there.

Maybe someone else here has seen this type of mechanical error. Does the flip denote the error?

No, the flip says nothing of a variation or error. I probably didn't even notice when I subbed it. I noticed when I was scanning the card.

I'm curious how the card in the OP graded. Aren't hologram issues one of the things that keeps so many 89 Griffeys from grading well?

The card is Gem 10. I didn't realize they had so many hologram placement issues. I know there is no added value because of this, just curious.
