Can you set up a automatic "make offer" price?? I just purchased two cards that had make offer prices and when I did my offer it automatically said sold. I was expecting at least a response of accepted at later time from the seller.

Yes, you can set up an auto-accept amount and auto-decline on Best Offer.

You can do so for fixed price BIN/BO listings, but not auctions.
