Pretty much one of the most common seated quarters out there. Not aware of any great varieties that would make this cost 4X to 6X more. Good deal for the consignor and GC. I wouldn't pay that much if the coin had an "O" mint mark on the reverse.
Neither one is particularly good looking. I started tracking them because the date/grade interest me, and I assumed the starting bid was a mistake. They've been there for MONTHS, just waiting for a sucker to bite.

Not according to the PCGS price history for either coin. They are currently at their max....
