Whats Up with the Message System?

All of sudden, I have lost all my sent/received messages. Also, when I receive one and read it, it immediately goes away. I am by far a technology blessed person - can anyone help me? Thanks.

Mine are working just fine, all there. You're clicking on "view history" and nothing shows up?
