I've decided to let this one go. It's a nice one year type coin coin which shows fine hairlines from an old light cleaning. Small amount of luster still prominent in the protected areas especially between the rays on the reverse. The 1986 ANACS photo cert is in a Blanchard coin company holder. Toning marks confirm that it is the same coin pictured on the cert.
