I have had pretty good luck selling proof sets in capital plastic holders. Especially for sets in the 50's. Sometimes someone will want a set in the 60's, but not too often. I could usually get bid for them if I was lucky.
I've had less success selling dimes and quarters in roll quantities. People want to pay for the 90% and will lowball you. So you can sell them if you want to let them go like bullion. I kept mine.
Proof cents and nickels - you might as well give away to the young numismatists at a show - or donate them to the local coin club. I donated all of mine.
Hope that is helpful.

so for spending money. Wholesale on most of the rolls is pretty strong but finding
buyers takes time.
