One difference I noticed with this offer is that the gift cards are mailed not e-delivered.

I've become paranoid over gift cards through the mail. I've never had one go missing but if one does I'm pretty sure
you are just SOL.

If it is an ebay purchase, you are not out of luck. In fact, most of my claims are probably for gift cards that I purchased and never received. Gift cards are one of the categories that have a lot of scammers. Always pay through Paypal with a credit card, but I don't think I've ever had to go to my credit card company. I believe ebay has sided with me every time.
