ebay customer service question

Does anyone know how a phone number to talk to an actual individual at abay regarding a non paying bidder problem?

    Just click the "help and contact" link at the top of the auction page and follow your nose
    for the phone number....

    Oh man… I gave up on those who do not pay. If they won't or don't communicate after they won in a fair , and square auction, they go into the rubbish BIN. That's not an acronym, that's a block list.
  • There are other problems. I need to talk to someone from ebay now and I cant get someone on the line.

    Once you hit the help and contact button a screen will pop up with two tabs. One on the right says
    "contact ebay" click on that one.
    Then click on selling.
    Then click on Managing Bids and Buyers
    Then on the right will be a Call number.

    ebay will not and cannot make a buyer pay for an item. Use the options for the item in "my ebay" to report it. At best it will motivate buyer to pay or speed up your ability to relist.
