Renaissance Venetian Gold?

Hello all. I have bought zero Venetian coins. I have seen this coin before and I believe it is a Zecchino without looking it up. Just curious, how legit is this coin? I seem to remember a coin like this going for $15K in some auction a while back. But, this is not an area that I really follow closely so I am probably wrong. Just more of a discussion starter. I have no interest in buying this particular coin.
