They are known for grading sheet cut cards, which those most likely were.

<< <i>Could also be PSA flipping a middle finger up at BGS. It's been said on these boards that you have a very slim chance to see things cross in-holder. >>
You can't get evidence of trimming in the holder.

Yea, I thought that was kind of odd.
<< <i>I am just guessing from experience but I think it was probably sheet cut and yes you can get evidence of trimming on a crossover. I once had a BVG 9.5 card that I sent in for a crossover and it came back evidence of trimming. >>
All 3 of these cards were in the beckett holders so im guessing sheet cut was the answer.

Actually, you can. It is actually pretty easy to identify sheet cut versus standard cut cards if you know the cutting characteristics and patterns that exists within specific issues. Granted, you must be able to have a clear view of at least some of the edges of each of the four sides, but that is possible with all three of the major TPG's.

This. Complete waste of time and money sending in any graded card to another. Its easy money though for the company.
IT CAN'T BE A TRUE PLAYOFF UNLESS THE BIG TEN CHAMPIONS ARE INCLUDED

The card was not trimmed and a 4 sub grades were GEM. In my opinion chance of getting a BGS 9.5 to cross over to a PSA 10 is slim. Free money.
At this point I don't buy BGS graded cards anymore. I'm trying to sell the ones I have.
