yep, I'd be making a call to CS. They will likely fix it. Postage should be on them

Send it back. The die marriage is important. PCGS will take care of postage both ways, as they should.

They denoted the variety (by the PCGS Number), they just did not print it (I am sure due to printing the detail grade).

What would you like the label to look like, assuming they need to use a line to print the detail grade?

There's room to fit O.124 in front of Square Base 2.

Shorten "Square Base 2" to "Sq 2". Then there is lots of room for the Overton number on that line. Overton 124 is really a R5+ marriage.
