Could this 1821 Large Date dime be JR-2 ?

Having difficulty attributing, and would not be surprised if it is much more common JR-4. Anyone, help ?

JR-2 shares the rev of JR-4 but,

on JR-2 obv, S-7 points higher on headband
S-13 points higher on the hair curl and
the second "1" is further left of the lowest curl

Also, the curl is not positioned right above the 1 in date.

Could this 1821 Large Date dime be JR-2 ?
