Well this is a first (for me) at PSA

Have never had this message before. Submitted 2 cards - a Double folder and a Triple Folder. First I had a ship hold because they needed me to authorize them to remove from the holders. Then I got this message today

This isn't what happens if altered or questionable authenticity so what gives? Anyone seen this?

I believe it means that they do not grade those particular cards. They are not saying anything because it is not a card they grade. That is my best guess.

What is a double and triple folder and what kind of holder did you send them in?

Hassan and mecca. Not obscure pre war cards

My guess is you sent them in folded up. If you fold and unfold them enough times they will eventually split apart. PSA does not want to be responsible for them splitting apart when they're unfolded and forced to lay flat for slabbing.
