1810 Uncirculated Bust Half -- Colorful, Lustrous, Beautiful, but Less Than Perfect. ON HOLD

This is a little something different than my usual listings here.

A good friend asked me to try to sell this 1810 bust half on his behalf.

The good news? It is lustrous, beautifully & dramatically toned, and PCGS graded. There are even areas of "pull away toning", such as below the date.

The bad news? It is in a PCGS "Unc Details, scratch" slab.

PCGS is correct -- it has a scratch in the reverse field, as you can see. It is otherwise quite nice, but there is that scratch. There is also another dig near the rim above the "U" of UNITED and a few more small digs near the truncation of the bust.

Anyway -- for those who may be interested, it is $1650 delivered. PayPal is OK. ---- ON HOLD

That is a fraction of what it would otherwise be worth.

That coin would be a great album-filler image

    Thanks BustHalfBrian.

    It's purdy.

Nice coin, regardless of the "scratch". Looks more like a bag mark/hit.
