This card just recently ended at what seems to be a high price on Ebay as a POP 1. Do you see these types of cards retaining their value over the course of time? I understand the scarcity, but this card isn't even close to being his rookie year.

+1. Absolutely. This is much easier said than done. Post-manufacturer signed PSA 10s are extremely hard to come by and deceptively tough.

But how do you know if was a 10 before it was signed? It looks like Bird signed over a surface blemish.
