Help with True View submission

Figured I could get a faster reply here. This will be the first time for me to have any coins sent to PCGS for True View. The quarterly member special allows for 5 free, do those have to be on a separate form or can I send 20 on the same form and only pay for 15? I also assume with previously graded PCGS coins you would also have to pay for reholder? IF I understand correctly, if I send a form with 20 PCGS graded coins for True View, It would be $22 for 15 of them and $12 for the other 5, along with the handling fee, insurance, shipping, etc. if somebody could confirm for me it would be greatly appreciated.
I never met a coin that wouldn't fit in my collection.....

The 5 Free True-Views is a grading special meaning you must pay for grading to get the free True Views.
What you should use is The Set Registry Digital Albulm Special where you pay $12 ea for reholder and only $5 ea for True Views.
If you aren't getting coins graded this is the special that you should use.
PCGS Specials
Click on the above link where both specials are explained.

Pretty sure you got it right. >>
Yes, keep in mind though that PCGS, in addition to the 5 free TVs, is also running a special for $5 TVs right now if the coins use the reholder service. Unfortunately, the two can't be used on the same form, but, as long as I did the math right, you're still better off paying shipping and the invoice fee on a second submission to pay only $5 for the TVs for the last 15 coins.
However this is not the correct use of this special and PCGS will reject it and your order will be delayed until they can get ahold of you.
Using the Set Registry Special = 20 coins x $12 reholder ea+ $5 ea True View = 20 coins x $17 ea = $340 Grand Total -Plus shipping & handling fee's which is actually $50 cheaper than what you way you wanted to pay to start with.
