So ... Does Anyone Know How To Delete the New Set Registry Album Function?

giorgio11giorgio11 Posts: 3,917 ✭✭✭✭✭
I think the new Album function on the Registry Sets is a great idea ... I was toying around with it and set one up just for grins on our Complete Variety Kennedy Set, BU and Proof. Well, I really didn't think it through, since most of my Kennedys in that set have gorgeous Todd Pollock two-coins-and-an-insert photos, which are needless to say not round. (And I have no intention of trying to crop them or whatever.) So ... I have a big ol' empty Album on my set. Anyone know how to delete it?

Y gracias de antemano.

Saludos,

George

Don't know the specific answer to your question, but would encourage you to not give up so quickly.

My registry photos were also all set up in composite 2 image photos, the registry album actually allows you to go in and zoom the images using the +/- and dragging to center your image. I've set my album up using those images. It took some time to zoom them all in, though under 1/2 hour for my 75 coin set, but the finished product looks great.

According to the guidelines, which I compiled, all albums that are created should be fully completed. image Too early to give up.
    I brake for ear bars.
  • I started to play with it by inserting and cropping some of my trueview pics. Unfortunately, they show up very blurry in the album holes. Not attractive at all. I guess I need to play with it more. Is anyone else having the same problem, or is there a trick or two I need to learn?

You can tell the computer to autofill from true view pics. It also does the cropping for you - all you have to do is center your picture and expand as big as you want it to be

Found the same problem seems you need lager images to work. Mine that are 2000 x 2000 are working but trying to cut from full slab images is not working well at all.

There is a video on the pcgs home page that shows some sizing going on

Thanks, the auto fill is exactly what I was looking for.

I too was playing around with this, not knowing I couldn't delete and with no intention of filling with pics. Knowing how to delete album would be helpful here as well.

Just check the unpublish album button while in edit album mode - need to click on the gear symbol to get there
