Autographed photo questions

Three questions:

1: What is the best mass-produced archival frame that is reasonably priced for 8x10 photos?

2: What is the best photo paper for autographs?

3: What is the best pen to use for autographs on photos?

    #2. Do not print them at home or they will bleed over time. Doesn't matter if you get the cheap photo paper or best quality photo paper. Always print them somewhere professionally if you are printing your own photos. Walgreens, Sam's Club (up to 8x10, they use a different paper for larger prints that will bleed), Adorama.com are places to go.

    #3. Blue sharpie or black sharpie depending on how light or dark the photo is. Silver sharpies are tricky, some work well, most do not. Silver deco paint pens sometimes work. Silver is a tricky color. It looks real nice on dark photos, but hard to get a good pen to work. If the person takes his time and signs slow then it'll probably look nice, but if it's someone who signs real fast, silver will probably streak.
