Set a couple of record prices on my HOF Rookie sales on Ebay the past month

Many of you know I am selling my mid grade Pro Football HOF Rookie set. The cards that did not fly off the shelves over at the BST board went to ebay piece by piece.

I ended up making about 15% above VCP for the lot but also sets some records. Had a listing error which cost me about 20% of the value of a $40 card but overall rather happy with my timing around the HOF announcement.

Set the record on the following

1961 FLEER JIM OTTO # 197 PSA 7 HOF Rookie Card $72 Highest price ever paid for a PSA 7 -- $69.99 July 2011 is the next closest
1964 PHILADELPHIA JIMMY JOHNSON # 161 PSA 7 HOF Rookie Card $52 Highest price ever -- $30 average
1966 PHILADELPHIA BOB HAYES # 58 PSA 5 HOF Rookie Card Cowboys $52 -- $35 Avg Highest Price since 2009
1970 TOPPS CLAUDE HUMPHREY # 156 PSA 6 HOF Rookie Card $20 Highest price ever -- $5 in 2009. Clearly someone just needed it for the set
1973 TOPPS CURLEY CULP # 167 PSA 5 HOF Rookie Card $11.5 Highest price ever

As you can see mid grade cards can still sell for decent money if you list them correctly and put in some nice scans.
