    This is a PCGS AU50. Personally, I don't care what grade a nicely toned circulated commemorative is graded at. Long Islands often tone nicely as uncirculated or circulated coins. Though I already have two other LI's, I couldn't resist buying this relatively mark-free circulated cameo example.
