So far, they've been able to cover their tracks. I'm unaware that any die markers have ever been identified for any of these issues to reveal the mint of origin. It'll be fun if we find one!

Yet in recent years they put a SF sealing strap on those minted at SF.

Seems strange that they would not put a philly strap on them, why go to all the trouble to hide the place of origin. I know they have philly straps, because I got one when I bought a monster box of Gettysburg pucks in 2011. Maybe they don't like the "(S)" "(W)" slabbed coins, and don't want to add a "(P)." I wonder if theTPG slabbed any "(W)" mint coins this year, if they did it may not be accurate.
