Best capsule size for 1 oz silver Mexican Libertad (1982-1995)?

These are some nice coins. While the newer Libertads fit perfectly in the H40 capsules by Air-Tite, what do some of you use for the older Libertads that measure 36mm. It looks like the H38 is the closest, but the coin has too much wiggle room (it looks better if it can be centered. I know that one can use the foam ring, but I like to hear all the alternatives first.

Lighthouse of Germany also makes very nice capsules ranging from 14mm-44mm(?). I am wondering if the 36mm or 37mm is well suited for this silver coin. Anyone try it?

I got mine off of ebay. I forget the seller I used. I use the ring inserts, I like how they stabilize the coin.
