Here are a few cropped shots from my iPhone.
After admiring this one up close, I just couldn't pass her up.
I'll post some additional photos and the Trueview later, if anyone is interested.
I'll also hold off and post the grade tomorrow for anyone wanting to guess it.
Thanks for looking!

ex ngc au53 from when I used to own it
Joe spoiled the guessing game, but I really was going to brave a low AU guess. Congrats!

Of course, you'll eventually grow tired of her beauty, and trade down for the Fine 15 and a boatload of pocket money for walkin' around.

<< <i>If I wasn't a peasant that had to settle for my Fine 15, this would have been a worthy target.

Fellas, leave the tight pants to the ladies. If I can count the coins in your pockets you better use them to call a tailor. Stay thirsty my friends......

Curious, was she submitted raw to PCGS?

is more accurate. Did the coin sell for an EF+ price or an AU price? Market grading and all that jazz...
<< <i>Very nice! Wondering if NGC was smitten by mix of luster and eye appeal when they graded her.

If I recall correctly, I showed this coin to John Albanese back in 2012 in an NGC au53 holder. It was in a very early NGC holder and I think eye appeal gave the grade a bump. I loved the coin and thought the flash and detail were wonderful. Unfortunately (or fortunately) john showed me how to grade draped bust dollars and explained how the wear on the reverse eagle's leg and breast was too much for AU and should have been XF.
I took a guess the coin is now pcgs xf45 which I think is the correct grade (now).
Hopefully it now stickers this time around.
A great coin!
Did I mention, great looking coin!

It is truly a trophy coin for me and the highlight of my collection.
This was the sellers favorite coin and it took some convincing of my part to wrestle it away.
Coin junkie's detective work on the Trueview. My photos taken by my camera rig on below. My photos don't do it justice and came out a tad dark when posting to photbucket.
Thanks for looking!
