I'm thinking of having this autograph graded, what do you think?

For resale purposes?
The piece of Paper is as large as an letter envelope, So it's a nice large autograph

Looks like a fantastic piece to me. Good luck with whatever you do with it!

I would simply get it authenticated as authentic; I don't think that a numerical grade would any significant value

The cost is $100.00, but it's probably worth it Smitty. An authenticated auto on an envelope (although it looks a little cleaner than yours) recently sold on eBay for a GRAND.

Authenticated/sealed. Some suggestions. Avoid bright lighting. Be on the lookout for paper mites on old paper. Can infest old books/ old paper items. Really nice piece/collection you own.

+1. I've never really understood the value in autograph grading.

Me either, and the consistency of application is pretty dismal IMO

Authentic is good enough for 99% of the collectors out there
