Stupid eBay bidding...

Bid $8 on an Arod relic. One guy bids then retracts three times, showing my max bid, then under bids and I win it. Needless to say I sent the seller a nasty note. I said I was pissed, he in turn tells me he is throwing a yankee signed card for my troubles and frustrations, I thought that was a nice jester. Hopefully it's Dellin Betsnces! Or MO! Lol

Sounds like you were shill bid BY the seller. I could be wrong, but that is one of the ways sellers drive up prices and unless someone just has it out for you, I would be willing to bet you were rolled a few bucks
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
  • You were shilled almost for certain. That is why the seller "threw in something extra".

Not saying this didn't happen as it sounds plausible in your explanation,
but who has the time to spend to shill up an $8 item?

Must be one desperate seller to do that.
  • Lol yeah jester. Gesture. I need to go back to school. Must've had jeter on my mind

On an $8 item no less.
