Come on Stacks, upgrade your website - I Just got off with Cust Serv. They agree I should be winning

There is already another thread about it crashing today with a few minutes remaining, although the bids were accepted, I think. It accepted one of my bids which is clearly the winning bid: it is more than the winning bid, it was the next minimum amount that needed to be bid. Yet, I am not the winning bidder. How can that be. This should be an interesting conversation tomorrow.

I decided to call now, it's still biz hours in California. They were very nice and agreed with me from what they see it appears I had the winning bid. They will investigate and call me back. Their CS is very friendly.
So two possibilities, either I am winning bidder or the price realized is incorrect and higher than shown.

I think the new site works just fine. I like their live bidding as well as their proxy bidding system. The invoicing system needs work.

I recall back in 2005 when Heritage ditched their Bullet sales and went to on-line sales, I put in page after page of bids about an hour before the sale, hit enter and only the first page got recorded. I scrambled to reenter the bids but the lots went by so fact it was impossible. In later sales they slowed it down, but I was the victim of a new system with a few bugs and my own misunderstanding of the way the bidding was set up. I think I kicked a hole in the wall that day.
