I would not buy an autograph from anyone unless it was from the actual player signing it and I witnessed it myself. That includes autographs certified by anyone.

I dont understand why you would have to go spend more money for authentication. When a person wants a refund, they should get the refund. They failed to advertise the item appropriately.

Their FAQ doesn't have specifics about limited returns. Just call and say you want to return them. If they won't give you a return number, go through your CC company.
