The coin has excellent luster, eye appeal, etc.. My guess is at least MS64, I could see a grade higher even a plus. Not my expertise, but excellent images make it easier.

This is a very tough date in 65. This one should fall short of 65. It is an attractive example for the date.

First instinct was 64...and then bumped it to a 65. Must mean a 64+ is about right.

The field next to the portrait and the neck really make a 65 a tough call. Having said that, it is still attractive.

Strong strike for a 1890. Low end ms65 in my book but should get the 65 grade. Wouldnt be surprised in a 64+ holder.
Scratch on the neck probably keeps it in a 64+ holder but when it goes 65 I wouldnt be surprised

Obverse is MS 64, reverse with the hit right on the breast gets MS 63, Put them together and it's an MS 64.

First impression was a 64/+ with an outside shot at 65. I had inordinate luck in a similar situation with an 1892P. I hope you get lucky like I did.

I just got the grade yesterday; MS64.

I was hoping to hit the spread at MS65, but I looked at it again before submitting and knew the chances of that were slim.
