Sent a Express Mail next day package, with a pricey Morgan for Friday delivery...package slowly winds it way through 2 postal centers then reaches city post office for delivery... Package leaves post office . out 1 minute before guaranteed delivery deadline. Then the next 3 hours ,tracking shows Out for delivery.
Imagine my horror thinking , that the $8,000 coin was lost or stolen. So I called the dealer 2 hours later ..in fact the coin was delivered to dealer, 30 minutes after the guarantee deadline for Express Package .. Checked over 3 hours later ... Tracking still showed package out for delivery
Today, the tracking shows package was delivered to dealer ,20 minutes before it even left the Post office on Friday......

Sounds like a case for the postal inspectors to me. Even though it made it there, falsifying records is a big no-no.
another forumite has had the same thing.
we have before and after screen shots in threads on here somewhere.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

No .. times were changed ... Friday, Tracking said package left post office at 11.59.... Saturday tracking package left post office 11.31 was delivered in 10 minutes at a distance of 5 miles to dealer? hardly

Wonder if you would be forgiving if you were to pay for MS64 coin ......only to get a MS 63 coin instead ?

Yes it is...much more so as of late too. And it seems to have some bugs. I sent something out yesterday...the tracking number showed that it was picked up from the PO. Now it's showing nothing as if it never got to the PO. The USPS tracking page says, "a shipping label has been prepared" but doesn't show that it was accepted.

But APMEX owns the bed, lol
the online lookup reflected it.
then
the online info was changed to reflect delivery at about 11:50am that day.
It's just monkeying with the scan entries to keep up appearances on delivery times.
my thread minus the screen shots
Be sure not to only complain about it being late but ask for an explanation of the changing tracking.
one minute. I don't understand how such data could be so far off with scanning. My favorite is when the carrier doesn't make it down my street before quitting time, blatantly doesn't deliver
anything, and then tracking shows "No secure place available to leave mail, notice left." Of course there's no notice in the mail box since nobody came to the house.
