selling on ebay, card condition question

ebay has several options for item condition, what should be used for a psa 10?

brand new doesnt seem to make sense because the card is not in the orignal sealing:

"Brand New
An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer's sealing (if applicable). Item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable). See the seller's listing for full details."

Would you use like new condition instead?

"Like New
An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact. See the seller’s listing for full details and description of any imperfections."

For cards, I wouldn't even bother using that option.

According to my ebay inbox, they really, really, really want me to auction my cell phone.

It depends, do you accurately describe the actual card in your listing or title? For instance, say a card is NM, nm-mt, or mint. I look at that more than anything. Of course you will run into the bozos who think everything is mint, but on the flip slide if the card is truly mint it should be advertised as such.

I always look at it like more of a question of case condition because the card "condition" shouldn't be in question.......it's encased and graded.
