Buying PCGS coins from local shop

I was looking at a couple of Peace dollars a coin dealer has had in his shop for 6 months or so. Early on I bought the 1921 HR in MS64 he had for $700 that CAC'd but could not sell it on the bay for $900 or a little under so sold it to CAC for $800. These two "s" mint Peace dollar in 64 on the GS are listed at around $2500 for the two. Would paying $1950 leave me enough room to make some money? They are nice dollars not white or with special toning but just "B" coins one of which should CAC.

There isn't really enough information in there to be able to wager an opinion or levy a care.

A coin shop sells better date Peace Dollars below greysheet? In all my years of dealing never heard of such a super deal. Wow I would like to go browse at this shop!
