Doesn't matter if Joe O or Jesus pulled them, if they don't measure up they will get Min Size.

I'm familiar with this game. Some do get slabbed, but some are just woefully short out of the pack that they have no shot at getting slabbed. It's funny because this is something there should really be no grey area on. Most of grading is subjective, but measurements are not. There's no reason for one grader to Min Size a card and another grader to slab it.

I agree 100% on this. But I've had them go both ways, cards previously holdered that I cracked and resubbed hoping for a higher grade but repeated get rejected for 'min size' and others that I resub a few times and finally get them holdered. I do have a 1971 Shellenback that's NM-MT that I've subbed probably 5 or 6 times and it's been rejected everytime...once for 'evid trim' and the rest for 'min size'. So you're spot on about cards that are well short never getting holdered no matter how many times you try.
