Question - 1992 OPC Baseball

Hi All,

I know I should probably PM Tom directly, but I wanted to throw it out there and see if the masses had any insight with this.

I found a box of 1992 OPC baseball (not premier, but the issue that mirrors the Topps base set). My question is how much a box of these should reasonably go for? Based on BBCE pricing, I know that the 1989, 1990, and 1991 boxes all go for a nice premium, but I don't know if the same is true for the 1992.

Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Not much, $10 per box or so. These were pretty plentiful compared to other OPC issues and the lack of a big RC hurts.

Sounds good, thanks! I got it for $4. The box is rather neat - it has a shot of the Twins winning the World Series on the bottom of the box, as opposed to four player cards. I don't know if the Topps counterpart came that way.

    Well put.

The 1992 is out there in much more qty from what I have seen. I have seen loads of factory sets up in Canada.

Yup. In my experience, 1990 is the toughest, followed by 1989, and then 1991. 1992 isn't tough at all.
