Stack's-Bowers consignor "Journeyman Numismatist" ?

I'm admiring some of the items consigned by the "Journeyman Numismatist" in today's S-B sale. Does anyone know if this is an "old-time estate" collection, or a recently-composed collection?

Not sure how old 'old-time' is but Kolbe Fanning sold the library and a bunch of those lots came from the Bass Library. So I would venture a guess that they were active until at least then.
