Help with contacting eBay

I purchased an item on eBay and it was received, but with damage not disclosed in the listing or images. I initiated a return through eBay (as the seller was not very cooperative) and eBay supported the return. I received a message that a return label was created and my return was initiated, but I never received the label. The case was just closed by eBay as being "resolved."
I can't seem to find a way to contact eBay to ask them about the case. Any suggestions on how to reach them? The options seem to be very limited now. Thanks.

They deliberately make it hard to contact a human over there because they don't want to get involved in disputes.
I'd just send the coin back at my own cost, notify the seller it's coming back and open up a "not as described case" just to get it on the record since the Seller hasn't been cooperating.
My time's too valuable to wait on hold.
After eBay ID you through your phone #, say "customer service" until you pass through and out of the automated system.
<< <i>When you initiated the return you should have had a link to print the return shipping label. >>
I know. That has the way it was the last time I had to use eBay's return mechanism. Something appears to have went awry this time. There also used to be a way to contact eBay via email during the return process, IIRC.

Type call ebay in the box
and take it from there.
You should be given a number code to enter when you call. This links them up directly with your account when they finally answer the phone.

<< <i>Good luck with that. I never could get in touch with anybody. >>
Remember that Ebay has your back. They are there to help you. Just keep trying. Eventually someone will eventually pick up that phone, even if they mistake it for the Pizza delivery guy calling them back......

I never buy there but, as a seller that's been my experience.
